Inauguration on 19 August, 5.30pm
@ Art Gallery, Alliance Française de Trivandrum
The exhibition will be inaugurated on 19 August, 5.30pm by Mr. K.V. Mohankumar, eminent writer and Director of Pubilc Instructions, Kerala.
About 60 selected pictures, mainly of smaller perching birds like flycachers, thrushes and warblers are included in the exhibition. More bird pictures will be presented in the slide – show from 6 to 7pm on 20th August. On the evening of 22 August, some amazing images of rarely seen amphibians and snakes will be projected.
A.V.Abhijith, son of Mr.A.V.Manoj and Mrs. Sherly Presannan of Kallur in Wayanad, has just passed plus 2. He participated in the ‘BBC Young Naturalist of the Year’ competition twice and both times he rached the final round. His photogrphs were exhibited extentively in Wayanad and once in Kozhikode.
