Alliance Française de Trivandrum in association with the Embassy of France in India presents Say Cheese, a workshop on French cuisine with focus on Cheese, which is being organised with the aim of giving a taste of French culinary.
Say Cheese will provide an opportunity to discover the famed French Cheese, imported from France, with a reputed Cheese master. The Cheese maker will explain the making of different cheese, present a variety of cheese and guide the participants through the art of cheese tasting.
There will also be a demonstration of French cooking involving typical French dishes.
Registration for the workshop is open till 6 April.
