Francophonie celebration is an opportunity for Francophones around the world, to celebrate expressing their solidarity and their desire to live together, their differences and diversity, sharing the values ​​of the Francophonie.

As a part of Francophonie Month, dedicated to celebrate the French language which unites 220 million people throughout the world, Alliance Francaise de Trivandrum organizes a cooking workshop on 16 March, 10.00am @ Alliance Francaise de Trivandrum.

The cooking workshop, is aimed at introducing gastronomic delights from North African Francophone regions, which include the cuisine of the Maghreb, the western region of North Africa that includes the six countries of Morocco,Western Sahara, Algeria, Tunisia, Libiya, and Mauritania. It’s culinary traditions is with some European , Arab and Mediterranean influences.

Seats are limited. Entry is by registration. Registration is open till 15 March.
