Exhibition VOICES OF THE WESTERN COAST by Olympe Ramakrishna

Voices of the Western Coast is a six-metre-long artwork by French artist Olympe Ramakrishna, printed on a traditional Kerala cotton saree. Developed from oil paintings and transformed into a powerful textile composition, the work brings together six women in three mother–daughter duos.

Through these portraits, the artwork explores themes of memory, migration, and what it means to carry Kerala across generations and geographies.

The exhibition opens on 7 March at 6 PM at Alliance Française de Trivandrum.
