This is mainly to address issues of common interest from a purely scientific point of view. Topics like town planning, noise pollution, the science of music, waste management, barriers of culture & practices etc can form topics for discussion.
Session tactic:
A guest speaker will speak/ present for roughly 20 minutes and the audience can step in with clarifications and comments.
The first session will take place on Friday, 10 August 2018at 6 pm at Alliance Francaise.
The Director, AFT will launch the programme.
Mr. R Chandrasekahar will speak on
“Starry Night of Van Gogh: The Stars and Us”.
The speaker will focus on Van Gogh’s painting briefly and will proceed to stars, basic astronomy, and its essential science.
