As part of Bonjour India, Festival of France in India, Alliance Française de Trivandrum is bringing a gastronomic experience to Thiruvananthapuram with French Bistro: Dinner with French Chef Stéphane Mathonneau from 5 to 10 February (7.00-11.00pm) at Vivanta By Taj Trivandrum.
Bistro is a Parisian incarnation, with French home-style cooking with robust earthy dishes, and slow-cooked foods. It is a gateway to escape to the flavors of the cuisine.
Chef Stephane Mathonneau from Le Bistro du Parc will present French Gastronomy to his guests. This project, launched by Naïna de Bois-Juzan, “Le Bistro du Parc”, the upcoming bistro in New Delhi, will revisit the bistro cuisine and work with seasonal and local produce.
For Naïna, in her own words, “This restaurant represents the alliance between my two countries, France and India, two countries which share a common passion for the art of hospitality. A lunch or a dinner in a bistro is a mix of taste, smell and colours, an experience where time stops and the bistro becomes life itself”.
