Reading Workshop with Khyrunnisa A

A Reading Workshop with Khyrunnisa A is being organized at Alliance Française de Trivandrum on  13 October, 10.00am-12.00noon which would be of great interest for children.

The workshop is indeed aimed at inspiring children to read books and includes book reading, interactive session etc.

Khyrunnisa A, a prize-winning author of children’s fiction, created the popular comic character Butterfingers for the children’s magazine, Tinkle. Her Butterfingers stories are a regular feature of that magazine. Her first children’s novel, Howzzat Butterfingers!, was published by Puffin in 2010. The second novel in the Butterfingers series Goal, Butterfingers! , published by Penguin, has come out recently. Her stories appear regularly in Tinkle, Dimdima and other children’s magazines and she freelances for other publications too.
